How does the subscription work?
Each month you’ll receive an envelope in the mail, filled with a fine art print, curated paper goods and little surprises. Think of it as a mix of art club, pen pal magic, and a love letter to analog things.

How much does it cost?
Primavera Mail Club is currently 10 Euros for members within Germany and 11 Euros for international shipping.

Why is this subscription for me?
If you’re someone who loves photography, making and receiving mail, filling journals with stickers or collecting stationery.

Which countries do you ship to?
Right now I ship from Germany and can send envelopes worldwide. Delivery times vary depending on where you live, but the joy of snail mail is worth the wait.

When will I receive my first envelope?
Subscribe until the 15th of the month and you will receive next month’s mail. Subscriptions ship on the 1st of each month. Should the 1st fall on a Sunday, it will ship the 2nd.

What language is the letter written in?
Right now all letters are written in English.

Is each month a surprise?
More or less! That’s half the magic. Each envelope is designed around a theme, mood, or season, but part of the fun is not knowing exactly what will arrive. I do share bits of pieces of the envelope online once members have received them.

Can I buy this as a gift?
Yes! Gifting a subscription is one of the sweetest ways to share Primavera Mail Club. Just enter the recipient’s address at checkout and let me know it’s a gift — I’ll take care of the rest.

Can I cancel anytime?
Of course. Life changes, and subscriptions should be flexible. You can cancel anytime through your account.

What if my envelope gets lost?
Snail mail can be a little unpredictable. If your envelope doesn’t arrive within a month, let me know and I’ll confirm your address and ship you a new copy.
